Today is a cross-training day. Thank god because it just started pouring again. I think I will do some weight training here at home where it is dry and warm. Weight training makes me feel like a bad-ass. Especially bench presses. Bench presses are tough.
I'm not very disciplined when it comes to weights.. but love to feel strong.. How was your lifting session, yesterday? And what's on the training agenda for today?
